Changes

• Removed the "Buttons" plugin - it is not maintained anymore
• Added the "Meta Bind" plugin
• Changed all buttons to use the "Meta Bind" plugin
• Updated the demo data to use the new buttons, too
• Added "metabind buttons.css" to snippets folder for formatting the buttons bar on "Lean CRM" start page
